Sunday, May 19th classes will be 10:30am and 4:00pm only Monday, May 20th classes will be 9:30am and 6:00pm only

As per our students request, there is a slight change on Friday's classes. The 4:00pm will now be a regular Hot Yoga - 26 posture class and the 6:00pm class will be a Hot Flow. Come and enjoy our new energy in the studio!
30 day Spring Challenge for just $2 per day!!!
Wednesday, May 15th to Thursday, June 13th. Limited space available - first come, first serve. You must come in, fill out a registration form, pay your (total $120) $60 + $60 cash/chq deposit to reserve your spot.
The Challenge is this, 30 classes in 30 days. If you have plans for the weekend or are out of town one day, just come twice the next day, OR 3 times in one day, it is up to you and your schedule! We know that the challenge is not only the physical and mental aspect of your yoga practice but it is also about the ability to find the time, the balance in life. So it is totally up to you how you want to complete your 30 classes in 30 days. If you successfully complete your challenge, we will credit your $60 towards your next membership/class card at HYW (no cash back). If you complete LESS than 30 classes in a month, we do not honor that credit, but the great thing is, it is identical to buying a month unlimited package anyways. The great news is you do not lose any money regardless, so try the 30 Day Challenge, you have nothing to lose other than weight!!!
So all in all, you have to practice yoga 30 classes in 30 days for just $2 a day! If you currently have a package, we will put it on hold at the start date of May 15 and reactivate it upon completion of your challenge.
If you bring a cheque please post date it for May 15.
