Please note: we do not accept debit or credit cards! cash/chq only

 

Classes are 90 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.
Allow yourself 10 min. warm up time and 10 min.
cool down time after class.
Classes are on a drop-in basis only! No need to pre-register. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start, especially for your first time. Bring cash or cheque only.

 

Note: All classes listed below are BEGINNERS classes. But we recommend NOT


going to a SILENT class or the TAPED class for your first few times.

Note: 5:45a.m. classes are a taped $5.00 drop in. 5:45a.m. - 7:15a.m. classes are a regular hot class done to a tape. $5.00 drop in rate for this class only! Note: Please attend a regular class a few times prior to attending a 5:45a.m. class. There are specific instructions that are necessary for Newcomers that are not given at these classes as it is not led by an instructor!

 

GENTLE HOT Class: (Saturdays at 12:30p.m.) The same yoga but without the added heat. All levels of fitness welcome! Pregnant women welcome too! We have modified postures available!

 

SILENT HOT Class: (TUE 12pm and WED 9:30am) Not recommended for First Timers or people that have done less than three (3) classes. Minimal verbal instruction given but is guided by an instructor. 75 minutes long.
