CLASS TIMES


 

Please note: we do not accept debit or credit cards! cash/chq only

 

Classes are 90 minutes in length unless otherwise specified.
Allow yourself 10 min. warm up time and 10 min.
cool down time after class.
Classes are on a drop-in basis only! No need to pre-register. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start, especially for your first time. Bring cash or cheque only.

Attention all Intermediate Practioners: Hilde's Back... 84 Asanas class resumes every Sunday at 1:00p.m. and Tuesday at 8:00p.m.
 
All our classes are beginner Hot Yoga classes for 90 minutes, unless otherwise noted in schedule.

 

Note: All classes listed below are BEGINNERS classes. But we recommend NOT


going to a SILENT or INTERMEDIATE class for your first few times.

Regular Beginners Classes (all classes above other than specialty classes) - 26 postures of Hatha Yoga practiced in a hot room. A great class for beginners and also a challenge for the experienced yogi. Get ready to have the work out of your life and detoxify your body.

Intermediate 84 Asanas - Introduction to the 84 Asanas of Hatha Yoga, prepare your mind, body and spirit to get to the next level! No heat added to class. Capri pants (or other long pants) will be beneficial for getting into postures easier.  This class has medium heat.

Advanced - Full 84 Asanas and variations. Must be recommended by instructor and have a minimum of 3 years of yoga practice.  This class has medium heat.

Hot Core - A flowing class that includes longer holds to strengthen and lengthen abdominal and back muscles. Poses practiced in this class will tone core muscles which will also help support the spine. Leave feeling centred and strong. Designed for all levels.

Hot Flow - An invigorating, active class where movement and breath are combined. Poses run smoothly together and sometimes feels like a dance. Physically challenging, mentally calming. This class explores yoga beyond the 26 postures. Designed for all levels.

SILENT HOT class: Not recommended for First Timers or people that have done less than three (3) classes. Minimal verbal instruction given but is guided by an instructor. 90 minutes long.
