30 Day Challenge is coming soon...

Get ready to transform your body, mind and spirit this Spring!

30 day challenge

Thursday, April 1st, 2010 – Friday, April 30th, 2010

$30 for 30 classes in 30 days

Limited space available - first come, first serve. We will not hold spots for anyone. You must come in, fill out a registration form, pay your (total $120) $30 + $90 cash/chq deposit to reserve your spot.

The challenge is simple.  You are to take one class each and every day for 30 days total.  You cannot double and then count this as one of your days.  This is part of the challenge to see results and tune up your body, mind and spirit.  If you successfully complete your challenge, we will credit your $90 towards your next membership or package at HYW (no cash back).  If you miss just one day, we do not honor that credit, but the great thing is, it is identical to buying a month unlimited package anyways, so you don’t lose any money regardless!  If you miss one day, you still have the month to practice hot yoga even if you are out of the challenge.

So all in all, you have to practice yoga once a day for a dollar a day!

If you currently have a package, we will put it on hold at the start date of April 1st and reactivate it upon completion of your challenge.

Our door is only open 30 minutes before class start times and 30 minutes after. So please come in at these times to register. We do not accept over-the-phone or email requests. We only accept in-person with cash or cheque. If you don’t have your payment of $120 we will not reserve a spot for you as it fills up very fast.

If you bring a cheque please post date it for April 1st, 2010.

One more point.  The instructors are going to push you to your limits.  All Challengers must work at their highest capacity.  This means there is no room for lying down in Savasana for most of the class or practicing other postures.  So work hard and get ready to sweat….
